THE WORK

Squelch is a touchscreen-first DJ workstation built around four independently controlled digital decks, responsive touch performance, and a longer-term music-production direction.

The Rust four-deck DSP engine, experimental native-output adapter, and sample-time control scheduler exist in three stacked draft pull requests; the latest documented CI checkpoint passed 23 deterministic tests. No touchscreen interface, hardware-verified playback, measured touch-to-sound latency, or released application exists yet.

WHAT COMES NEXT

Validate urgent gesture scheduling, native hardware output, and measured audio latency before expanding the performance interface.
